Who provides the service
Services are provided by V.DEV d.o.o., Dobriše Cesarića 5, 31000 Osijek, Croatia, OIB/VAT HR87371467628. These terms apply together with the plan or quote you accept.
Free check and report
The free automated check and the report that follows are an indication based on public data about the store (its home, category and product pages, and public real-visitor measurements). It is not a guarantee of any result.
Full fix plan
The full fix plan unlocks the report: the cause, location, fix and effort for every finding, generated automatically from the same public data as the free check, without access to your code. It costs €120 plus VAT where applicable and is available the moment the payment is confirmed. If it is not useful to you, ask for a refund within 14 days. If you book the engineering audit within 60 days, the fee is credited against it.
Engineering audit
The engineering audit costs €290 plus VAT where applicable. If you start a monthly plan within 60 days of receiving it, the fee is credited against your first month, up to the price of that month. If the audit is not useful to you, ask for a refund within 14 days of delivery and it is refunded in full.
Monthly plans
- Each plan includes a set number of hours a month, agreed in writing before work starts. Unused hours do not carry over.
- Plans are invoiced monthly in advance, from the day the plan starts. Work begins once the first invoice is paid and the NDA and DPA are signed.
- Work above the plan's hours is estimated first and billed only after your approval, at €95 an hour unless your plan states another rate.
- Plans have an initial term of 3 months, then continue month to month. Either side can end a plan with 30 days' written notice.
- The Care, Growth and Scale plans can also be paid yearly in advance at ten times the monthly price. An annual plan runs for 12 months and renews unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date.
- Changes to production are deployed through a staging environment first.
Your code and accounts
Code written for you belongs to you once the related invoice is paid. Repositories, hosting and platform accounts stay in your name. Access is removed when the plan ends.
Confidentiality and data
We sign a non-disclosure agreement and a data processing agreement before receiving access. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow a limit. We are not liable for loss of profit or for third-party services, plugins or platforms outside our control.
Law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Courts in Osijek have jurisdiction, unless consumer law in your country says otherwise.
