Shopify Plus too?
Yes. Checkout extensibility, Shopify Functions, B2B features and multiple markets are part of the work; most of the monthly plan is the same as on a standard Shopify store.
Can you change our checkout?
Within what Shopify allows: checkout extensions, Functions for discounts and validation, and the branding settings. Nothing that Shopify blocks, and I will say when something is not possible.
Our theme was built by a developer who is gone. Can you take it over?
Yes, that is the most common starting point. The engineering audit reads the theme first so you know what state it is in before any plan starts.
Do you do Hydrogen or headless Shopify?
If you already have a headless storefront, yes. For most stores I recommend staying on a well-built theme: it is faster to change and far cheaper to run.
